As a “one-woman” operation, I am not usually available to answer the phone as it rings (thankfully, that means I’m busy….yeay!!)  Phone messages are usually returned once per day, in the morning.  You can generally expect a return call within 24-48 business hours.   Email is possibly a faster method of reaching me… I often tend to return emails after hours… in the wee night hours! 

General business/phone hours are:  Tues. – Friday 9am-5pm, Sat. 9-12pm.  Orders are accepted for any date regardless of general business hours…  However, only a limited number of orders are accepted to maintain excellent quality and service (and my sanity!)  As much as I hate to turn away business or disappoint anyone, once I’ve booked a date… it’s BOOKED!  You are strongly encouraged to book your event date as soon as you can… it’s “first come, first served”.  Thanks for your understanding! =)

Appointments for wedding cake consultation/tasting can be made via email or phone.  Please provide your wedding/event date, location, approximate number of guests and a general description of what you have in mind.  I am happy to offer evening and weekend appointments as often as possible to accomodate client’s busy schedules.
