These combinations are tried and true favorites! Feel free to adjust to suit your personal taste.
Princess: White cake with Vanilla custard, Raspberry Jam and Almond Cream filling.
Duchess: White cake with Vanilla custard, Apricot Jam (Almond Cream filling optional).
Pink Champagne: Champagne and Grenadine infused white cake with Champagne custard, Strawberry jam and White Chocolate Truffle filling. A sweet-tooth’s favorite!
Gianduja: White and Devil’s Food cake with Frangelico liquor, Hazelnut Buttercream and Dark Chocolate Truffle filling.
Neapolitan: White or Chocolate cake with Chocolate Buttercream, Raspberry Buttercream and Vanilla Buttercream.
Black Tie: White cake with Vanilla Custard and Dark Chocolate Truffle. A classic and elegant choice!
Pucker Up: White cake with Triple Sec liquor, Lemon Buttercream, Lemon Curd, and Almond Buttercream.
Cappuccino: White OR Chocolate cake with Kahlua liquor, Mocha mousse and Milk Chocolate Truffle filling.
Chocolate Divine: Devil’s Food cake with Framboise syrup, Dark Chocolate Truffle and Raspberry Jam filling. One word describes this one – RICH!
Valencia: Devil’s Food cake with Grand Marnier, Chocolate Mousse and Bitter-sweet Orange Marmalade filling.
Hawaiian Crunch: Coconut cake with Coconut Cream, Caramel-Macadamia Nut Buttercream, and Dark Chocolate Truffle filling. An Island inspired delight!
Jamaica Dream: White cake with Rum liquor, Chocolate and Almond Buttercream fillings.
Apple Spice Cake: A heavenly delight of Apples and Cinnamon infused with Calvados and layered with Maple-Pecan Cream Cheese filling. Perfect for Fall/Winter events!
Irish Cream Cake: White cake with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Mint-Milk Chocolate Mouse filling.
Mexican Hot Chocolate: Marble cake with Cayenne-Cinnamon Syrup, filled with Chocolate Bavarian Cream, Caramel and White Chocolate Truffle. Warm and Sexy!
Opera Cake: Devil’s Food Cake with Apricot Brandy, Mocha Buttercream, Apricot Jam and Dark Chocolate Truffle filling. A European classic!
Carrot: A perfect balance of spice and sweet! Moist and delicious with a Cream Cheese filling ~ of course!

You may prefer to build your own cake creation! I’m happy to provide input on how your choices may be received by guests…. Just ask!
Cake Layers: (generally choose one)
White, Devil’s Food Chocolate, Spice, Apple Spice, Carrot, Marble, Coconut
Syrup flavors: (generally choose one)
Liquors – Champagne, Triple Sec (Citrus), Frangelico (hazelnut), Kahlua (coffee), Grand Marnier (orange), Framboise (raspberry wine), Rum, Calvados (apple), Bailey’s Irish Cream, Apricot Brandy
Non-alcoholic – Plain, Vanilla, Coconut, Lemon, Orange, Hazelnut, Cayenne-Cinnamon, Coffee, Grenadine, Raspberry.
Fillings: (At least two are recommended, three is perfect, four is good in the right combination)
Vanilla Custard, Almond Paste Buttercream, Mocha Mousse, Chocolate Bavarian Creme (smooth and creamy), Chocolate Buttercream (milk chocolate flavor), Chocolate Mouse (light and fluffy), Chocolate Truffle (thick and rich), Lemon Buttercream, Lemon Curd, Preserves (raspberry, apricot or strawberry), Orange Marmalade, Hazelnut Buttercream, Macadamia Nut-Caramel Buttercream, White Chocolate Truffle, Cream Cheese, Maple Cream Cheese, Mocha Buttercream, Caramel, Mint-Milk Chocolate Mousse, Candied Pecans and Apples, Vanilla Buttercream, Raspberry Buttercream.
Icing Flavors: (choose one)
Buttercream, Fondant, Marzipan, Chocolate Ganache (dark or white), Whipped Cream *, Cream Cheese *.
