WOW!  The cake was a big hit!  I put it out for when the girls came home and didn’t say anything.  When Briana (the birthday girl) realized it was there, she kept saying, this is sooo pretty…  that’s exactly what I would have picked out myself..i love it!  then the other girls came over and were telling her they were jealous that they didn’t get that cake for their birthday and they were going to tell their parents how mad they are about that. it was funny.  one girl took a picture and said she was going to put it on myspace and say it was hers!  so funny.

Thanks again for the awesome cake. Cant wait to work with you again!

Grapevine Filagree wedding cake -  November 2009 

Gabe and I want to tell you how amazing the cake was!  It EXCEEDED our expectations.  It was so gorgeous, you really made our vision come to life.  Everyone commented on how beautiful it was and they LOVED the monogram   But most of all, the cake was so damn good!  It was light, moist, and absolutely delicious.  We were still eating it a week later, and it was just as MOIST and delicious, I couldn’t believe it!  You truly are a master at what you do!

 Just a little note to thank you again for the amazing job you did baking  the cake for our ceremony.  Ours was carefully frozen (removed from the cardboard, wrapped in two layers of plastic wrap, two layers of foil, and  in a ziploc bag…my family is nothing if not thorough) and defrosted on  our anniversary today, and we were really scared (we’d heard some horrible  stories).  But your cake tasted amazing, even a year later.

 Anyway, just wanted to drop you another thank you.  The cake was amazing  and every time we look at the pictures, we think about how great it was.

We just got back from our honeymoon in Maui! Yes, the cake was everything that we had hoped for and more! People were raving about how beautiful it was! And after we finally cut into it, it was equally as delicious as it was beautiful! The cake was…well how should I put this….absolutely perfect!!!!!! It was so beautiful that I hated to cut into it. The designs on the cake were everything I wanted and so much more. It was by far the best tasting wedding cake I have ever had the privelege of tasting. Numerous and I do mean numerous people approached me about the cake and who made it. In fact my mother-in-law from England who is by far the pickiest person I have ever met was astounded by the cake. Her exact words were that the person who did our cake must be one of the most creative and artistic people in California.

 

Many of our guests took down your information and Debbie at the Rockefeller Lodge said that the cake was so gorgeous that she was adding your business card to the binder of recommendations that she gives all the brides to be.

 

We would also like to thank you for all of your advice, recommendations and professionalism. You are truly awesome!!!!
