Glass Slipper Gourmet was created to bring the two loves of my culinary industry into one workable career. I hate to choose between one favorite thing or another... so I made it so I did not have to choose! =) I spend about half my week cooking family meals for my Personal Chef Clients in their homes. I treasure the relationships I've built with them and feel truly blessed to be a part of their families day-to-day lives. The impact that home-cooked, healthy meals can make is astonishing and I'm so happy to provide such a service. The other part of my week is spent with CAKE! I find this time is really my "creative outlet" time. I treat cake decorating as my artistic expression and love, love, LOVE coming up with new designs and looks. The wedding planning process can be overwhelming to many brides, but when it comes to the cake ~ most are thrilled to make those decisions. I get an incredible amount of joy in working with couples to create their dream wedding cake, and also in being part of other (equally important) special occassion celebrations.
